Refund Policy

Purchases of subscriptions (e.g., “Condo Requestor”) and rank upgrades (e.g., “Admin,” “Headadmin”) provide immediate access to premium features.
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Cancellations of subscriptions and rank upgrades are not refundable once the purchase has been made.

Billing errors or disputes should be reported to Paddle, our authorized payment processor. We cannot process refunds or credits for billing issues.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged within 7 days of the transaction, for review, please contact us at Discord Server.

All payments are securely processed through Paddle or other authorized providers.
